1.1 The Woman Icon Award 2026 is organized by AVLGI in association with HNW (Her Network).
1.2 By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and the information provided in your “Iconic Portfolio” is your own and is accurate.
1.3 The organizers reserve the right to modify the event format (Physical/Virtual), dates, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances or government regulations without prior notice.
2.1 The Nomination Processing Fee of ₹5,555/- is inclusive of GST (where applicable) and covers the administrative cost of Jury evaluation, verification, and entry to the Prelims Gala.
2.2 Strict No-Refund Policy: Refunds (in part or full) will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: non-selection for the Grand Finale, inability to attend the Gala, accidental purchase, or medical conditions.
2.3 Good Faith Clause: The organizers operate under a “good faith” principle. If a nominee fails to submit their Google Form (Iconic Portfolio) by May 30th the fee remains non-refundable as the administrative slots were reserved.
3.1 Selection is based on our proprietary 100-Point Balanced Scorecard.
3.2 The decision of the Grand Jury is final and binding. By applying, you agree that no legal challenge or correspondence will be entertained regarding the final results or rankings.
4.1 By participating, you grant AVLGI/HNW the perpetual right to use your name, photograph, and professional bio for the souvenir if any, website, and social media promotions.
4.2 All event branding, the “Woman Icon” logo, and the crown designs are the intellectual property of the organizers.
5.1 The organizers are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury occurring during the Prelims Gala or HABBA 2026.
5.2 Our total liability to any nominee for any claim shall be strictly limited to the amount of the nomination fee paid (₹5,555/-).
5.3 Nominees agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims arising from the nominee’s violation of these terms or misrepresentation of their professional credentials.
6.1 These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
