The Woman Icon Award, presented by HNW- HER NETWORK, is a premier recognition platform honoring 50 visionary women – The Visionary 50 who have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields while balancing tradition with modern leadership.

Any Indian woman achiever—including entrepreneurs, doctors, artists, social workers, and athletes—can apply. We have five distinct categories (Crowns) to ensure every professional niche is represented.

  • Self-Nomination: We believe that owning your success is a mark of leadership. If you have achieved milestones that deserve the world’s attention, we invite you to step forward and share your journey.
  • Nominating an Icon: If you know a Silent Powerhouse or a woman whose brilliance has yet to be celebrated on a grand stage, you can nominate her. We take pride in discovering the Hidden Gems of Excellence and bringing them to the spotlight they deserve.

Once a nomination is received (whether by self or a peer), our team will reach out to the nominee to collect the necessary documentation for the jury’s review.

Our jury uses a Balanced Scorecard approach, evaluating nominees on four key pillars: Sustainability, Scalability, Cultural Resonance, and Impact.

The 50 applicants are invited to a prestigious 5-star Prelims Gala, where they are officially honored as the “Visionary 50” of 2026. It will be held on 12th of June at Hotel Radisson Blue

The final crowning ceremony will take place on June 27, 2026, during HABBA 2026, the annual conference of HNW, held in a grand setting at Nimhans Convention Center, Bengaluru.

This “All-Access” fee is inclusive of:

Our evaluation is strictly based on your achievements, impact, and vision. We do not have any criteria based on physical appearance, age-related beauty standards, or ramp-walks. Not at all. While public support is important, The Woman Icon Award is primarily a merit-based recognition. We use a hybrid evaluation system to ensure that true substance and professional achievement are honored.

  • The Weightage: The final score is a combination of Jury Evaluation (70%) and Public Voting (30%).
  • Why we have Voting: We believe an “Icon” should also have the power to inspire and engage their community. Voting allows your peers, clients, and supporters to voice their appreciation for your impact.
  • The Jury’s Role: Our panel of International Advisors and subject matter experts conducts a deep-dive into your professional credentials, social impact, and scalability. This ensures that the most deserving “Hidden Gems” are recognized, regardless of their social media following.
