  • Evaluation Stage (The Iconic Portfolio): Detailed professional data, including biographies, career achievements, organization details, and high-resolution photographs via Google Forms.

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • Evaluation: Sharing your “Iconic Portfolio” with our Grand Jury for merit-based scoring.
  • Publication: Featuring your profile in the commemorative souvenir if any and on the official website/social media as part of the “Visionary 50” spotlight.
  • Event Coordination: Communicating vital updates regarding the Prelims Gala, Voting windows, and HABBA 2026.
  • Verification: Confirming the authenticity of professional claims and accolades.
  1. Data Sharing & Third Parties
  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.
  • Data is shared with trusted partners (such as the printing team for the and the Jury panel) who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Financial transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your full credit/debit card or banking credentials.

Nominees have the right to:

  • Withdraw from the award process (Note: This does not trigger a refund as per our T&C).
  • Request the removal of their digital profile post-event.
